We assist with every detail, including selecting the perfect venue, caterer, menu, musicians, and more. From pre-parties, luncheons, teas, and rehearsal dinners to the actual wedding day and reception that follows, we ensure a seamless, beautifully coordinated experience.

Vendor Management

With over 12 years of trusted community relationships, ItZPartyTime Creations works with reliable vendors who align with your style, budget, and goals. We source the right professionals, manage contracts, and oversee their performance from start to finish.
(Vendor pricing is set per individual third-party contracts.)

WEDDING COORDINATOR PACKAGES

ItZParty Time Creations offers Three planning options.

A LITTLE NUDGE

Starting rate $600+ (travel fees not included)

This package is perfect for the bride (or their family) that feels a little overwhelmed and needs direction. We are happy to do hourly appointments to answer etiquette questions, assist with layouts, timelines and budgeting. Coordinating Services will be available for minimum of 4 hours of service at a rate of $600: each additional hour of service will be charged at a rate of $ 75 per hour. (This is a prepaid service, 1 hour of services is non-refundable after booking)

CLASSY & CHIC

Starting Rate $1500 (travel fees not included)

(DAY OF COORDINATION)

This special package is for the bride that has put in hundreds of hours of planning and wants to make sure that everything goes as planned. This will allow the bride, bridesmaids and families to relax and enjoy the special day and create wonderful memories that will last a lifetime instead of wondering when the florist will arrive. We stay until after the bride and groom leave to assist the parents with loading up all the important items from the event.

Initial consultation $75.00 (non refundable)
3 Meetings prior to your wedding (including a site visit to the church and reception venue, Timeline meeting and Finalization meeting)
Prompt availability via phone, text or email
Finalize layouts and logistics
Create time lines for entire event
Advise on wedding etiquette and traditions
Manage and coordinate wedding rehearsal
Manage and coordinate wedding day and all vendors
Up to 12 hours of wedding day directing (we are there from start to beyond finish)
Assist family in loading up personal items from the event (wedding dress, gifts, toasting flutes, etc)
Liaison Officer for vendors and contracted help

BLUSHING BRIDE

This unique package is for the bride that has booked vendors for her big day but is struggling with pulling her vision together. We will take inspiration from your venue, dress and color schemes and put together a design that will leave you and your guests speechless.

Visionary walk through of church and/or reception venue
Design wedding and reception
Contract Vendors for: Florals, Lighting, Rentals and Cake
Site Visit 60 days prior to wedding
Timeline Meeting 30 days prior to wedding
Finalization Meeting 10 days prior to wedding
Always available via phone, text or email
Finalize layouts and logistics
